As a Pilates teacher, dance instructor/choreographer and movement educator, I believe movement is the key to living a strong and confident life.

My goal is to ensure the women, dancers and moms who take my classes feel good in their bodies and move confidently for years and decades to come.

My classes are all about building a connection between the muscle and the mind. When you move your body, you release endorphins that trigger a positive response.

In other words, when you move, you feel happy.

And when you feel happy in one aspect of your life, it has a ripple effect that influences other areas. Suddenly you feel happier at work, in your relationships and simply being with yourself.

You also feel stronger, more flexible and more energetic. You feel sexier and more confident in who you are. You feel more alert at work. You feel more intimate during sex. You feel more deserving and more capable of achieving anything you set your mind to.

Group Classes

Get your sweat on from the comfort of home. While Pilates has a bit of a reputation for being a strict, traditional form of exercise, my approach is a little different. I bring a fusion of Pilates and dance, challenging you with a full body workout you’ve never experienced before. I’ll get on the mat right along with you, and together we’ll let our bodies lead the way. Here’s your chance to sweat it out with a group of women you can feel comfortable just being yourself around. Ready to get moving?

Reformer Pilates: Private and Semi-Private

Level up your Pilates workout with a reformer class, and notice how quickly your muscles develop. Thinking of trying a reformer class for the first time? The machine may look like a torture device but trust me when I say: it will make your body feel good. Get ready to transform the muscles in your core, lower back and your butt. The reformer doesn’t kid around. Work with me one-on-one, or get toned with a partner/friend.

The Bump Method® : Prenatal and Postpartum Pilates

Fitness programs for the modern woman. A methodology created by Pilates expert Nikki Bergen to help women STAY FIT AND STRONG DURING AND AFTER PREGNANCY. The methods combine Pilates with the latest research on Pelvic Health, creating choreography from science. Brittany Brie fell in love with the method and became a licensee teaching The Bump Method® program. Learn to activate the deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, heal diastasis recti, and feel confident and empowered for birth and postpartum recovery.
