I’ve crafted a summer series that will get you away from your desk, out of your head and back into your body!
This summer I’m excited to bring you 30 mins of Mat Pilates combined with 30 mins of mobility and stretch to nourish your body. YOU DESERVE THIS, you work SO hard!

WHAT DO I BRING WITH ME?
yoga mat, water, socks/sweater/blanket if you want to stay warm throughout the stretch portion of class.
WHERE ARE THE CLASSES BEING HELD?
classes are being held at a park in Newmarket, you’ll get the location emailed to you when you sign up and if you’d like to know before hand MSG me on social or email me at [email protected] [email protected]
WHAT LEVEL ARE THE CLASSES?
I always encourage everybody to take my classes, because it’s movement and there’s something for everybody. I’ll give options throughout and I encourage you to find the confidence to do as much or as little as you like. You’ve got this!
CAN MEN AND CHILDREN JOIN? OR IS IT WOMEN ONLY?
Although I usually speak to women my classes are for everybody! If you’ve got a body, you can move with us! Pre teens are welcomed if they are able to stay committed and focused for the hour class.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
If the weather does not corporate with us and it’s scheduled to rain, I’ll teach class on ZOOM, same time, same day.
