Creating Confidence
Through Movement

What does movement look like to you?

Better yet, how does movement make you feel?

What does moving confidently in your body mean to you?

The answers to these questions look different for every woman. After all, your body is yours and only you know what truly makes you feel good in your own skin.

But sometimes you need a little help getting there.

That’s where I come in.

I started Brittany Brie Movement on a mission to help women

get out of their heads and into their bodies.

I do this in a number of different ways, but specifically through movement inspired by Pilates and dance.

I believe deep down we all have one common goal: to be ourselves in a world that’s constantly telling us to be someone else.

It’s not easy. I get it. But I’m here to remind you that you can do hard things.

You deserve to feel good about who you are and the way you move…

Even if it makes you uncomfortable (at first).

Even if you’re 9 months pregnant and preparing for the most intense physical event of your life.

Even if you just had a baby and you don’t recognize your body anymore.

So many women go through their day thinking, “This is just the way it is.”

You catch yourself saying things like:

“I wish I had a body like hers.”

“If only I could move the way she does.”

“She always looks so put together, and then there’s me…”

We waste so much time worrying about what other people think of us, when we should be focusing on how we feel in our own bodies.

It’s kinda f*cked up, isn’t it?

You live your ENTIRE LIFE in this body. You show up in this body every. single. day.

Your body is what moves you through your daily activities.

It’s what makes you YOU.

So why is it so hard to give your body the love it deserves?

It’s time to let go of the bullshit holding you back. It’s time to own (and love) every curve, mark and muscle that makes you unique.

Are you ready to stop overthinking and start moving?
