Yeah, I said it! Queen. As women, we need to be our biggest cheerleaders. If we don’t believe in ourselves, how can we expect anyone else to? I call myself a queen and I don’t apologize for it. I really feel the royal Beyonce vibes when I’m strutting across the dance floor, but there’s a lot more to me than red lips and fishnets. I love teaching women the foundations of movement, and how it can help you lead a strong and confident life. Movement helped me find my voice. Now, I want to help you use yours.

It took me over a year to reach out to Brittany to find out more about her reformer class and my only regret is that it took me a year to do so. I hate working out and I have never truly found a workout where I am not looking at the time and counting down till it’s over. However, this has all changed since I started attending Brittany’s reformer class. It truly is the highlight of my week. She has me working muscles I didn’t know existed. Brittany is also one of the most positive people I know and she encourages me to keep pushing myself. Also, each workout is always different and challenging. I am signing up for another 10 sessions.
Putting into words what it is like to work with Brittany Brie is a tall order. She has an infectious energy and spirit that truly needs to be experienced. Movement radiates from every aspect of her and how she experiences the world – it is an absolute pleasure to be in her classes! This month, I finally was able to take her therapy ball workshops as well – and my body is definitely thanking me! So much knowledge fit into a short period of time. For someone like me with a busy life who doesn’t always have the time to take care of their body the way they should, BB provides the tools and methods to make taking care of your body easy wherever you are and with whatever time you have. This is my first time doing Pilates and I am already obsessed. What I love so much is that Britt Brie makes these workouts the perfect combo of a hard strength training workout and stretching. I feel like I am getting the best of both worlds. It is also like a moving meditation for me.
